Transformation

From different transformation initiatives I gained practical experience and build upon this. I successfully transformed organisations to act globally integrated and remixed delivery to span different locations across the globe like India, China, Romania. I implemented and modernised different delivery methods spanning from waterfall approaches to Agile.

Leadership

As Partner I am driving the transformation agenda for my clients. I am leading teams of more than 200 practitioners. As Head of Business Analysis and Design I was leading more than 100 analysts for a Insurance company. As Application Management Services Leader I was leading more than 300 practitioners local and remote. Responsibilities span from defining core processes to professional development, the definition of career paths including development roadmaps.

Agile

As certified SCRUM Master I introduced Agile methodologies for different organisations. I successfully applied SCRUM for legacy application development increasing the overall throughput of the respective teams.In combination to Agile I successfully leveraged crowd sourcing approaches to better manage resource demands throughout the project lifecycle.

Professional Experience

Equipped with a Master‘s Degree in Computer Science from Technical University of Vienna I started working in IT. I gained practical experience throughout my career in all technical aspects but also on Business Analysis and Business Design, Methodologies as well as various Leadership roles.

I started my career as a software developer and quickly moved into project manager roles. During my career I held different leadership roles within IBM. After being Project Manager in the logistics industry leading transformation projects I was appointed as Project Executive for IBM Account Austria. I was responsible for a local organisation of 45 practitioners managing projects for IBM with teams greater than 200 people in Romania, India, and China.

In 2013 I was appointed Application Management Services Leader Austria leading a team of 200 employees responsible for managing small projects as well as big outsourcing projects.

2014 until 2016 I successfully lead the Business Analysis work stream of the IT-Transformation of one of the biggest Austrian insurance companies as Head of Business Analysis and Business Design.

2016 until 2018 I was leading the largest Core Insurance Transformation program in Austria as the Program Manager.

2019 until 2024 I was leading the implementation of an Insurance Platform transforming the client’s business to target the TPA-market. I was appointed Partner and absorbed the role of the Lead Client Partner being accountable for a revenue stream of approximately 100 Mio € per year.

In 2025 I took over the role as Hybrid Cloud Management Leader for the DACH market being responsible for a volume of above 800 Mio € per year. As part of that role I developed strategies with my clients to modernize their application operations applying AI and automation in all areas of the development and operations lifecycle.

End of 2025 I took over the lead of the IBM Health Platform implementation for electronic patient record in Germany supporting 20+ insurance clients with a team of more than 500 employees. Technology modernization, automation and the use of AI are the cornerstone of the strategy defined and implement.

Projects

Insurance

As Lead Account Partner I am driving the implementation of an Insurance Platorm transforming the client’s business to target the TPA-market. In this role I am accountable for a revenue stream of nearly 100 Mio € per year. Major programs include the implementation of new platform based on msg.LifeFactory, SAP Business Partner and FSCD. These components are complemented by an intelligent workflow implementation spanning input management, contract administration, collection/disbursement and print.

Insurance

As the Head of Business Analysis and Design for one of the largest insurance companies in Austria I have been leading a team of more than 100 employees. The focus of engagement is the transformation of IT towards a modern delivery methodology based on traditional processes with Agile delivery. I defined and established the common delivery method. Requirements engineering principles like elicitation, modeling, and management are the cornerstones for Business Analysis team.

IBM

As 2nd and later 3rd Line Manager with end-to-end responsibility for engagement organisation I was responsible for full P&L involving Global Delivery from Romania, India, China.
I developed and successfully executed a growth strategy for 10% growth YtY.
The areas of responsibility included a portfolio of worldwide applications like applications supporting the order-to-cash processes as well as learning and career development applications.

Logistics

In the role of a Business Consultant I was leading Business Analysis and Requirements Management projects adopting different Requirements Management and Analysis Methodologies and driving direction in close coordination with clients business functions.
As the project manager I implemented logistics solutions automating core logistics processes. In addition I managed the rollout of these applications in local and nearshore countries.
